The Service is provided through a Discord bot application that must be added to your Discord server, and a web-based dashboard accessible through our website.
You represent that you are over the age of 13. The Company does not permit those under 13 to use the Service, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

If you remove the bot from your Discord server or revoke its permissions, the Service may not function properly or at all for that server.
To use certain features of the Service, you must authenticate through Discord OAuth. By doing so, you grant us permission to access certain information from your Discord account as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it.
You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.
The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing period. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team with your account details.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.
This refund policy applies only to first-time subscribers. After the 7-day period, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable except when required by law. Certain refund requests may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
You will not receive a refund or credit for partial months of service or for months unused with an active account. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the current billing period ends.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MIASIN S.R.O. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.
The Service integrates with Discord, a third-party platform. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of Discord or any other third-party services.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
The Company does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
The total liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
