Policy Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to online subscription purchases made through ZleeBit via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods processed through our payment gateway.

Enterprise Agreements:

If you have a signed Enterprise agreement or custom contract with MIASIN S.R.O., this policy does not apply. Please refer to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in your specific agreement.

Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

You can cancel your ZleeBit subscription at any time by logging into your dashboard and navigating to your account settings. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ZleeBit dashboard
  2. Go to Account Settings or Subscription Management
  3. Click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm your cancellation request

Important:

You must be logged into your account to submit a cancellation request. Incomplete requests or requests submitted through unauthorized channels may be delayed or denied.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your cancellation will take effect based on your subscription type:

  • Paid Subscriptions (Pro/Enterprise): Access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Free Plan: You can remove the bot from your Discord server at any time, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We will confirm your cancellation within 3 business days after receiving a properly submitted request. Cancellation does not automatically release you from payment obligations for the current billing period unless a refund is requested and approved under the terms below.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a limited refund guarantee under specific circumstances. Please read the following carefully to understand when refunds are available.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a one-time, 7-day money-back guarantee for:

  • Initial annual subscription purchases (12 months or longer commitment)
  • Initial plan upgrades where you commit to an annual billing cycle

Refunds Are NOT Available For:

  • Month-to-month subscriptions (only annual subscriptions qualify)
  • Renewal payments for existing subscriptions
  • Purchases made through third-party resellers or partners
  • Enterprise contracts with custom terms
  • Add-ons or feature purchases made after the initial subscription
  • Requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after purchase

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must be true:

  • You purchased an annual subscription (12 months or longer) directly from ZleeBit
  • This is your first subscription purchase or your first upgrade to an annual plan
  • You submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date
  • Payment was made via credit card or PayPal through our standard checkout process

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility requirements above, you can request a refund by following either of these methods:

Method 1: Dashboard Cancellation Request

  1. Log in to your ZleeBit dashboard
  2. Navigate to Account Settings and initiate a cancellation request
  3. In the cancellation form, explicitly state in the additional comments field that you are requesting a refund
  4. Provide a brief reason for the refund request

Method 2: Contact Form

Alternatively, you can submit a refund request through our contact form. You must include the following information:

  • Your ZleeBit account email address
  • Discord username or user ID associated with the account
  • Billing information (transaction ID, last 4 digits of payment method, billing date)
  • Clear statement that you are requesting a refund
  • Brief explanation for why you are requesting a refund

Timely Submission Required:

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. Failure to provide complete information within this timeframe may result in the denial of your refund request.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is properly submitted and approved:

  • We will process the refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your complete request
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction
  • Any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or payment processor fees incurred through your financial institution are your responsibility
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or our Terms of Service

Cancellation Without Refund

If you cancel your subscription during an active billing period but do not request a refund (or your refund request is denied), the following applies:

  • You are not entitled to a refund of prepaid or committed amounts for the current subscription period
  • Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation
  • To prevent future charges, you must cancel before your next renewal date

Plan Downgrades and Data Retention

When you downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan or cancel your subscription:

  • Your analytics data beyond the Free plan retention limit will be archived but not immediately deleted
  • If you upgrade again within 30 days, all archived data will be fully restored
  • After 30 days, archived data may be permanently deleted according to our data retention policies

Changes to Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods through our secure payment processor. Enterprise customers may arrange alternative payment methods such as bank transfers by contacting our support team. You can update your payment information at any time through your dashboard account settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page.

For significant changes that affect your rights, we will provide additional notice through email or a prominent notification on our Service. Continued use of ZleeBit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
