Question 2

Do you have a secure payment system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted and secure payment platforms on the web. Your payment details are encrypted end-to-end and never stored on our servers.

Question 3

How long does it take to get access after payment?

Accepted Answer

Access is granted instantly after your payment is confirmed. Simply refresh your dashboard and your new plan features will be available immediately.

Question 4

I just subscribed — what comes next?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a confirmation email. Your plan is activated immediately, so you can go straight to your dashboard and start exploring the new analytics features. If you have any questions, our support team is here to help.

Question 5

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. All your data will remain accessible during this time.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods through our secure payment processor Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer.

Question 7

What is the pricing currency?

All prices are in US dollars.

Question 8

How can I switch to annual billing?

There are no contracts or setup fees. You can switch your plan or cancel your ZleeBit subscription at any time.

Question 10

How can I switch my plan?

Accepted Answer

Upgrade or downgrade your account anytime from your Account Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing period.

Question 11

What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?

Accepted Answer

The Free plan keeps the last 30 days of history. After a downgrade, older data stays available for a short grace period and is then removed - upgrade again before it ends to keep your full history.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes! When you choose annual billing, you get 20% off compared to monthly pricing. This means you essentially get more than 2 months free each year.

Do you offer bulk or custom pricing for large communities?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing is designed to be as competitive as possible. For large-scale needs or reseller arrangements, please contact our team via support@zleebit.com and we'll be happy to create a custom offer for you.
