• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

2.1 Data from Discord

When you authenticate with Discord or add our bot to your server, we collect the following data:

• Discord User ID and Username
• Discord Avatar/Profile Picture
• Email Address (if provided via Discord OAuth)
• Server (Guild) ID, Name, and Icon for servers you manage
• Server member information (user IDs, join dates, roles)
• Message activity data (message counts, timestamps, channel IDs)
• Voice activity data (connection times, channel IDs)
• Presence data (online/idle/dnd/offline status, current activity such as game name, activity type, and custom status text)
• Moderation actions (bans, unbans, message deletions)

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Service:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on those pages
• Date and time of access
• Device information

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service, including analytics dashboards and reports
• To manage your Account and provide access to Service features

When you remove the bot from your server or delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

• Secure authentication via Discord OAuth

9. Your Data Rights and Deletion Requests

MIASIN S.R.O. respects your rights over the personal and analytical data we collect and process on your behalf. In accordance with applicable data protection regulations — including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy frameworks — you have the right to request the complete and permanent deletion of your data from our systems at any time.

9.1 What You May Request

Individual Users: Any Discord user whose data has been collected through their participation in a server monitored by ZleeBit may request the full and permanent erasure of all records associated with their Discord User ID. This includes, but is not limited to: message activity metadata, voice session records, presence and status history, role change events, join/leave timestamps, and any derived analytical aggregations.

Server Administrators (Guild Owners): Any verified owner of a Discord server (guild) integrated with ZleeBit may request the complete purge of all analytical data accumulated for that guild. This includes all member-level records, moderation history, growth metrics, heatmap data, and any other stored content tied to that Guild ID.

9.2 How to Submit a Request

Deletion requests must be submitted through our official Discord support server. Join at discord.gg/pAWJ9Az4NF and contact a moderator directly regarding your data deletion request. Your identity is automatically verified by your Discord account — no additional steps are required.

Requests submitted through any other channel cannot be guaranteed to be processed and should not be relied upon for compliance purposes.

9.3 Identity Verification Requirement

Because deletion requests are handled through our Discord support server, your identity is verified inherently — only the owner of a Discord account can send messages from it. For guild deletion requests, our moderators will confirm that the requesting account holds the Owner role in the relevant server before any deletion is executed.

9.4 Processing Timeframe

Once your identity has been successfully verified, your data will be fully and permanently purged from all active production databases and storage layers within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation notification upon completion of the deletion.

9.5 Retention Exceptions

In limited circumstances, we may be required to retain certain minimal data beyond your deletion request to comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve outstanding disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service. In such cases, we will inform you of the nature and duration of any such retention to the extent permitted by law.

10. Information for EU Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Discord

Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors to handle subscription payments. We do not store your payment card details. Payment information is provided directly to these processors, whose use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

14. "Do Not Track" Signals

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Our Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, you can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
